An organization without an effective leadership development and succession planning strategy, particularly in its finance and accounting function, can grow unstable and become jeopardized. Yet most organizations aren't ready. Finding the right person with the right skills and passion isn't easy but can be critical to success.

Join us as we share the importance of succession planning for the health and sustainability of nonprofits. We'll examine key aspects of leadership transition and provide insights on how organizations can proactively manage this complex process. In addition, we'll help you evaluate whether you already have an appropriate in-house talent development plan or need a recruiting plan to secure external resources.
