Medical, Dental, & Vision
Medical
We provide two options for medical plans for employees: a preferred provider organization (PPO) and a high-deductible health plan (HDHP). Forvis Mazars contributes 70% to 80% of the premiums to these plans to help make our insurance affordable for our employees.
Dental
We offer a standard and premier dental plan; each includes coverage for preventive care and enhanced coverage for orthodontia.
Vision
Forvis Mazars offers multiple options for our employees’ vision needs, including a base plan for annual exams only with no premium and standard and premier plans for expanded coverage.
Tax-Savings Plans
Our firm provides access to these tax-savings plans:
- Health savings account with a Forvis Mazars match of up to $1,000 (employee + dependent(s)) or $500 (employee-only coverage) to be paired with our HDHP medical plan
- Healthcare flexible spending account to be paired with our PPO medical plan
- Dependent care flexible spending account to support child care expenses
- Qualified transportation expenses plan

Retirement
For retirement needs, we provide the opportunity to contribute funds to a 401(k) plan. We offer both traditional and Roth plan options. In addition, the Forvis Mazars plan has a discretionary profit-sharing component with no contribution requirement.
