U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has announced new Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) reports. With the goal to “help the trade community prepare and monitor CAPE declaration submissions”, these reports include:
- ES-022: CAPE Entry Summary Report
- REV-603: Trade Refund Report
- REV-613: ACH Rejected Refunds Report
- REV-615: CAPE Details Refunds Report
While the Entry Summary Report tracks both the status and amount of an importer’s refund overall, the ACH Rejected Refunds Report outlines rejected declarations due to “incomplete ACH Refund enrollment”. The Trade Refund Report is available for those with specified “Refund Secondary Statuses”, and the CAPE Details Report builds off of it for those declarations already sent to Treasury.
It is possible to schedule the creation and email of recurring reports. CBP has provided a reference guide for this process.
