In late summer or early fall of 2024, the CDFI Fund is expected to announce a new $5 billion allocation award to organizations that fund community development projects using the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Program. If the NMTC allocation and project funding are secured, the award announcement could mean significant project savings for companies, organizations, and projects.

Join Forvis Mazars for an informative webinar as our NMTC team provides an overview of the program, how organizations may participate, and how to prepare your project for potential NMTC funding.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Describe the objective and purpose of the NMTC Program.
  • List the three main participants and their roles in an NMTC project.
  • Explain how the NMTC program works and why it benefits local communities.
