Mark is a member of Forvis Mazars’ Loan Review service line in the St. Louis office. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, he has worked for large super regional banks as well as small community banks, primarily in a lending and credit capacity. He has extensive experience in credit underwriting, portfolio management, cash flow analysis, and loan documentation. He has been in Forvis Mazars’ Loan Review division for more than eight years.
His clients include institutions ranging from $75 million of assets to more than $100 billion of assets. He has experience in analyzing loan portfolios with exposure to agricultural, commercial real estate, commercial and industrial, hospitality, distribution, leveraged finance, and private equity industries. He also has experience in analyzing asset-based lending and factoring portfolios.
Mark is a 1987 graduate of Florida State University, Tallahassee, with a B.S. degree in finance.
