Greg is a director in our Forensics & Valuation service line. He performs a wide variety of business valuation engagements including valuations of closely held businesses for estate and/or tax planning purposes, and intangible asset valuations for impairment testing and purchase price allocations for financial reporting. He has valued equity involving complex capital structures related to acquisitions and stock compensation. Greg has modeling experience involving Monte Carlo simulations to value earnouts and other contingent-based payouts. In addition, he has more than 15 years of small business leadership experience in the highly competitive graphic arts industry.
He is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a graduate of Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with an M.B.A. degree.
