Bob is a director in the long-term care and senior living area of the Healthcare Practice with Forvis Mazars, with 42 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including 37 in the senior living space. He concentrates on delivering positive operational results in various settings, such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and post-acute organizations, with a focus on the skilled nursing facility setting.
He provides a multitude of operational solutions for clients, including staffing program development focusing on recruiting, onboarding, development, and retention; leadership and supervisory training and mentoring; provider enrollment record services, including revalidation, credentialling, and licensure; survey readiness assessments; and facility strategic planning and assessments. Bob’’s experience also includes having served as an expert witness on multiple operational topics.
Bob is a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA), where he holds the Certified Nursing Home Administrator (CNHA) and Fellow credentials.
He is a graduate of The University of Kansas, Lawrence, with a B.S. degree in allied health administration, and a graduate of The University of Oklahoma, Norman, with an M.A. degree in health and human services administration. He also earned a graduate certificate in geriatrics/gerontology from The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences, Oklahoma City.
