Clinical Documentation Excellence Pt. 1: Compliance & Risk Mitigation

December 18, 2025 Register Today

Part One of our three-part webinar series will explore the intersection of regulatory requirements, legal accountability, and documentation standards across care settings. Participants will gain insights into how clinical documentation integrity (CDI) programs help build a foundation for compliance, support audit readiness, and reduce legal and regulatory exposure. Our experienced professionals will share real-world examples and guidance to help attendees learn how to align documentation practices with standards from CMS, the Joint Commission, and other regulatory bodies, including new standards that take effect January 1, 2026. We’ll also explore how documentation helps healthcare organizations prepare for audits and reduce risk.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Recall the compliance framework for clinical documentation.
  • Identify documentation practices that can help reduce legal and regulatory risk.
  • Apply strategies to help improve documentation accuracy and completeness.
