California’s Climate Rules – Recent Considerations

To comply with California’s climate rules, U.S. organizations doing business in the state and with global revenues over $500 million and $1 billion will need to issue a biennial climate-related financial risk report and to report annual greenhouse gas emissions data, respectively. This webinar will provide an overview of lessons learned through case studies of recent implementations, a range of practices, and compliance planning considerations, focusing on recent developments.
