2023 Forvis Mazars-OBA CECL Seminar – Oklahoma City
January 18, 2023Forvis Mazars and the Oklahoma Bankers Association will conduct a CECL seminar for executive management, including CFOs, chief lending officers, and credit officers.
CECL is effective for nonpublic entities beginning in the first quarter of 2023. This half-day session is designed for those with direct responsibility for the ACL calculation, as well as decision makers in your bank. The program will provide a summary view of Forvis Mazars’ CECL Road Map Series, including:
- An overview of the standard and elimination of TDR accounting
- Deep dive into specific matters such as day one accounting, off balance sheet commitments, and impact on debt securities and business combinations
- Documentation and internal controls related to CECL
- Analyzing your CECL calculation
