Forvis Mazars, LLP, ranked among the largest public accounting and consulting firms in the United States, is expanding its presence in the healthcare consulting market with the addition of The Innova Group, effective March 1.
Innova has a 30-year legacy of advising hospitals and health systems nationwide, including those sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, Veterans Health Administration, and Indian Health Service. This strategic acquisition is a meaningful expansion of the Healthcare Consulting platform at Forvis Mazars and positions the firm to serve clients with even more depth and reach.

Through this acquisition of assets, the firm is adding nine executives, nearly 50 professionals, and a new office in Tucson, Arizona. Employees in the Austin, Chicago, and Dallas markets will join existing Forvis Mazars locations.
