BEAD Compliance Essentials: Equipment, Property, & Reporting

June 3, 2026 Register Today

Effective management and reporting of equipment and real property acquired with federal funding is often an overlooked requirement for telecommunications (telecom) providers. This webinar will provide an overview of equipment and real property management requirements applicable to federally funded broadband programs, including inventory controls, use and disposition rules, and asset tracking throughout the asset’s life cycle. Participants will also gain practical insight into frequency, type, and internal controls around Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) reporting requirements to help avoid inaccurate, late, or missed report filings.

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Discuss federal requirements for managing equipment and real property purchased with grant funds.
  • Identify required inventory, tracking, and record-keeping standards for capital assets.
  • Apply best practices to reporting requirements.
