CHC Boot Camp: Grants Management
December 8–10, 2026Join Forvis Mazars for an in-depth exploration of critical grants management requirements impacting community health centers (CHCs). This session will provide guidance on Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) compliance criteria, Uniform Data System (UDS) reporting, financial management, cost principles, and federal grant administration.
Learn about key requirements within the HRSA Health Center Program Compliance Manual, preparation for operational site visits (OSVs), and best practices for maintaining program compliance. In addition, we’ll cover UDS reporting fundamentals, financial reporting requirements, federal procurement standards, indirect cost methodologies, cost allocation planning, and documentation expenses under Uniform Grant Guidance (2 CFR Part 200).
This boot camp is designed for CEOs, CFOs, compliance officers, grants managers, finance personnel, board members, and health center leadership teams and aims to equip attendees with practical tools and strategies to help strengthen compliance, improve financial stewardship, and manage federal grant funding.
