Richmond, Virginia – Forvis Mazars LLP, one of the largest public accounting and consulting firms in the United States, is proud to announce that Fran Randall, partner and National Practice Leader for International Tax Services, has been named one of Consulting Magazine’s 2025 Women Leaders in Consulting. Randall was recognized for her outstanding leadership and commitment to advancing inclusion within the consulting profession.
The Women Leaders in Consulting awards program honors women who have made a significant impact on the consulting industry through their leadership, innovation, and dedication to client service. Consulting Magazine recently announced the complete list of the 59 honorees selected for this year’s recognition.
With more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, Randall leads a national team of nearly 100 professionals and serves more than 2,000 international tax clients. She has previously served on the firm’s U.S. Governing Board and currently serves on the Global Network Board, helping guide strategic initiatives across Forvis Mazars’ international footprint.
In addition to her technical leadership and outstanding commitment to client service, Randall plays a pivotal role in advancing the firm’s inclusion strategy as co-chair of the Executive Inclusion Council. Her efforts have helped launch impactful initiatives to elevate high-performing team members into leadership roles as they build their careers. Through her mentorship and advocacy, Randall has helped shape a culture where diverse perspectives are not only welcomed but actively championed.
