As we celebrate the first anniversary of Forvis Mazars, we reflect on the growth, milestones, and strategic steps that have shaped our journey.
This year has been one of incredible momentum, where the value of being a partner-owned, partner-led firm has driven both global expansion and the development of our people, positioning us for continued success in the years ahead.
Our success is rooted in our commitment to delivering an Unmatched Client Experience® and developing the next generations of leaders. This year, we’ve made notable strides in strengthening our leadership pipeline, expanding our footprint, and maintaining a focus on stewardship and growth.

Highlights of Forvis Mazars’ first year include:
- Unmatched Client Experience® – Forvis Mazars maintained a Net Promoter Score of 80, more than twice the industry average, and continued its recognition as a ClearlyRated Diamond Award winner for providing superior service to clients.
- Empowering future leaders – During 2024 and 2025, the firm advanced more than 100 new partners and managing directors, and launched the Protégé Program to support the development of the next generation of women leaders.
- Investment in people – The firm was once again named among the top organizations in the country for learning and talent development by Training Magazine.
- Strategic expansion – The addition of MSL, P.A. strengthened Forvis Mazars’ presence in the Florida market.
- Industry Recognition – CEO Tom Watson was named to Accounting Today’s Top 100 Most Influential People list, and 59 team members were honored on the Forbes Best-In-State CPAs.
As we look ahead, our focus remains on stewarding our firm for future generations. At our upcoming VISION conference, we will celebrate both the growth of our people and the continued success of the Forvis Mazars global network.
