Carolyn serves as a manager with the International Tax service line and M&A tax team at Forvis Mazars. With six years of experience, she specializes in international tax planning and provision projects for complex public and private multinational organizations across diverse industries. Her expertise includes tax-deferred mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, encompassing both domestic and cross-border transactions.
During her tenure at Forvis Mazars, she has played a pivotal role in numerous restructuring and transactional deals. Her contributions include legal entity rationalization for private and publicly traded clients with valuations ranging from $1 billion to $1.5 billion, as well as sell-side tax modeling for deals valued at $3.2 billion and $2 billion for both private and public companies.
Carolyn is a graduate of University of Florida, Gainesville, with a B.S. degree in accounting, and a graduate of University of South Florida, Tampa, with an M.S. degree in accounting.
