The Governing Board of Forvis Mazars LLP, one of the largest public accounting and consulting firms in the United States, is pleased to announce that Tom Watson will continue serving as chief executive officer for another four-year team effective June 1, 2026. The selection reflects the current strength of the firm and the confidence of its partners in the strategic direction charted under Watson’s leadership.
This decision was made in accordance with the firm’s partnership agreement, which outlines the detailed process for CEO selection every four years.
Since assuming the CEO role in 2021, Watson has guided Forvis Mazars through a period of transformative change.
