Todd is a member of the Forensics & Valuation service line. He has been in the real estate business for more than 30 years and has an extensive background in providing consulting services for commercial, industrial, and residential assets. Todd is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, new business generation, local and portfolio staffing decisions, report production, and quality control. He represents the firm in professional organizations and oversees the completion of numerous individual and portfolio assignments throughout the United States, specializing in multifamily assets.
Prior to Forvis Mazars, he worked for a real estate company as an independent fee appraiser. He was responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, new business generation, report production, and quality control. As an independent fee appraiser, Todd was responsible for analysis and valuation of commercial real estate throughout South Florida. Properties appraised included a variety of apartments, retail centers, office buildings, industrial warehouses, golf courses, and vacant land. Working closely with such a roster of industry leaders has contributed to a database of product that provides the Forvis Mazars real estate team a highly educated platform, allowing the firm to see the industry from a uniquely informed vantage point.
Todd is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI), on the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), and a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
He is a graduate of Florida State University, Tallahassee, with a B.A. degree, and had dual majors in finance and real estate.
