Charles heads the Forvis Mazars multihousing group and national valuation team headquartered in Palm Beach, Florida. His responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, new business generation, local and portfolio level staffing decisions, report production, quality control, and representation of the firm in professional organizations including National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF). He has served as the relationship manager for a multitude of institutional clients and has overseen the completion of countless individual and portfolio assignments throughout the United States over the past 25 years.
Prior to joining Forvis Mazars, he was employed by a real estate counselors company, and prior to that, by a major U.S. banking and financial services institution.
Charles has held an MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute since 1995. He is a member of the Appraisal Institute, NMHC, and NCREIF.
